Our expert panelists will discuss the ins & outs of a Client Experience program, tips for showing the value of CX to your firm's leadership group as well as how to get started with leading a CX program at your firm.

Court is a Vice President and Geographical Client Account Manager for Jacobs Engineering Group based out of Montana. He leads business development and project delivery for all Jacobs public-sector non-federal clients in Montana, North Dakota and South Dakota. He has over 26 years of experience in civil and environmental engineering, serving in a wide range of technical and project/program leadership roles.
